Build confidence, coordination, and creativity through music and movement in our joyful, inclusive Adaptive Dance program designed for children of all abilities.

This engaging movement experience offers a safe, nurturing environment where children explore rhythm, balance, and body awareness at their own pace. Led by a skilled dance instructor from Harmony Movement Studios and supported by one of our pediatric physical therapists, each class is thoughtfully adapted to support individual needs. Activity modifications, flexible instruction, sensory-friendly options, and adapted equipment are provided as needed to ensure every child can fully participate and feel successful.

Who Can Join:

• Ages 3–7 of all abilities
• Children who benefit from flexible instruction and inclusive movement experiences
• Caregivers are welcome to remain nearby as needed
